Regulations - The condition of participation in Fairs of Books for Children and Youths, GOOD PAGES is the submission (by 30.04.2010, to the address of the Organiser) of a legibly filled out form (application) signed by the authorised person.
- In the Fairs will participate publishing houses and other institutions of a publishing and distribution character invited by the Organiser. The participants in the Fairs are further referred to as the Publishers.
- Assignment and location of a stand in the exhibition Tent is in the hands of the Organiser. Special wishes and requests will be accepted depending on their practicability.
- The Organiser does not permit the Publishers to make accessible their stands or their parts (free of charge or for a fee) to third parties.
- Entry to the Fairs GOOD PAGES is free of charge.
General regulations- A Publisher accepts his stand from the Organiser. Should it or its parts be destroyed, damaged or lost as a result of the use by the Publisher, the Publisher covers the costs of their repair or replacement within 14 days from the date of the closure of the Fairs (full value as per the prices in force as provided by the Organiser).
- Publishers are obliged to maintain proper aesthetics of their stands. During the Fairs, the stands should be staffed assuring permanent supervision over the property involved.
- Publishers have to obey general regulations and safety provisions determined by the host of the Tent.
- Publishers cannot, without consent of the Organiser, change the location of their stands or interfere with the power network or sound system. Any requests concerning the above should be submitted to the Organiser who will consider their practicability.
- Organiser is obliged to:
a) provide the Publishers with proper conditions as expected from any fairs, b) protect the property of the Publishers in the hours after the closure of the Fairs each day, c) make possible the contacts with mass media, - Organiser is not liable for accidents or damages during the Fair’s hours that he is not responsible for.
- Stands will be made accessible for the Publishers on 28.05.2010 at 8:00 hours. Books may be brought to the Fair’s Tent for their storage on 27.05.2010 between 17:00 and 20:00 hours after an earlier agreement with the Organiser.
- Stands will be closed (liquidated) on 30.05.2010 (on Sunday) after 16:00 hours.
- Stands have their own lighting network. Without a written consent of the Organiser, Publishers cannot use any additional sources of power.
Notice! The Organiser does not permit an early leaving (before 16:00 hours) of the stand, its liquidation or packing of books on the last day of the Fairs, i.e. 30th May 30, 2010! Should a Publisher fail to respect this regulation, the PUBLISHER will be fined PLN 500.00 (say: five hundred zlotys) – payable with a separate invoice.
Final provisions
- Should the Fairs GOOD PAGES not take place for the reasons on the side of the Organiser only, Publishers will be reimbursed for the costs they had borne.
- Organiser reserves himself the right – should the circumstances independent of him arise – to cancel, shorten or partly close the Fairs. In such situation Publishers will not be reimbursed for the costs they had borne.
- All the issues not included in this REGULATIONS and concerning the Fairs should be consulted with the Organiser, and the Organiser proposes to resolve any disputes in the way of negotiations (amicable way).
